This structure guarantees that our partners receive their full preferred return across the entire fund before the General Partner participates in the performance upside.

The Stages of the Cascade

The flow of capital within the Hive is engineered to prioritize the preservation and growth of our partners' wealth through four distinct stages:

1. The Foundation: 1% Management Fee
   To maintain the "Mechanics of Mastery," 1% of Assets Under Management (AUM) is allocated to the Council of 13. This ensures the continuous operation of our systematic nodes, the maintenance of our physical infrastructure, and the high-level oversight required to protect the ecosystem.
   
   
2. The Hurdle: 8% Preferred Return (The "Pref")
   Our investors and beneficiaries are the priority. Before any performance fees are triggered, our partners receive an 8% Preferred Rate of Return. When combined with the management fee, this establishes a 9% hurdle. This stage ensures that the "bedrock" of your investment is realized before the General Partner earns a performance-based reward.
   
   
3. The Catch-Up: 9% to 11%
   Once the 9% hurdle is cleared, the General Partner (OCD Biz Solutions) enters the "Catch-Up" phase. This 2% performance fee allows the GP to align their compensation with the success already delivered to the beneficiaries. It is a "performance suite" designed to ensure management is rewarded only after the people have been made whole.
   
   
4. The Shared Growth: 11% and Beyond
   As the Hive’s integrated strategy generates higher yields, the surplus is shared through a tiered split:
   From 11% to 22%: A 70/30 split is applied—70% of these profits go directly to the beneficiaries, while 30% goes to the General Partner.
   Above 22%: Once the fund achieves elite-tier performance, a 50/50 split is implemented, reflecting a true partnership in the high-speed success of the legacy.
