Youth Sponsorship is about investing in the next generation by creating meaningful opportunities for young people to feel seen, supported, and connected to something greater than themselves. We believe that when youth are given the right environment, mentorship, tools, and encouragement, they begin to grow in confidence, identity, responsibility, and purpose. Through this initiative, we help open doors to education, creativity, leadership development, hands-on experience, and real-world connection—giving youth the ability to build a stronger foundation for their future. This is about more than support; it is about helping raise the next generation of educators, leaders, role models, and contributors who can strengthen their families, communities, and the ecosystem around them.

Why This Matters

Many young people have gifts, vision, energy, and untapped potential, but not enough support systems to help guide that potential into something meaningful. They need more than motivation—they need direction, structure, opportunity, and a community that believes in them. Our Youth Sponsorship program exists to help fill that gap by providing a connected path of growth that combines mentorship, education, digital tools, personal development, and practical next steps. We are not just helping youth learn—we are helping them become.

What Youth Gain

Through Youth Sponsorship, youth receive OCD Biz Solutions sponsorship of the BEE-Linked subscription, giving them access to a powerful digital platform where they can begin building their profile, organizing their value, and presenting themselves more intentionally. They also gain access to the Hive Mastermind Program and our mentorship team, where they are supported by leaders who help guide their growth, encourage accountability, and help them move forward with greater clarity.

Participants are introduced to our Online Coaching Academy, which includes the full 13 Pillars of Education, helping them broaden their understanding of life, leadership, wisdom, discipline, communication, and real-world development. At the same time, they begin learning how to grow through the lens of the 8 Forms of Capital, helping them understand that real wealth is built through more than money alone—it is also built through relationships, knowledge, skill, culture, stewardship, spirit, and contribution.

Youth also begin learning the foundations of material wealth building, helping them understand ownership, value creation, responsibility, and long-term thinking. They receive an affiliate code that can earn them benefits as they engage, share, and grow within the ecosystem, giving them an early introduction to initiative, entrepreneurship, and performance-based opportunity. Most importantly, they become part of a broader growth and support plan, connecting them to a system that walks with them as they develop.

How the Path Works

The Youth Sponsorship journey is designed as a clear path of development, helping each young person move from entry, to engagement, to leadership over time.

1. Apply

The journey begins by filling out the application. This is the first step in identifying youth who are ready to grow, learn, and participate in the opportunities available through the sponsorship program.

2. Orientation Class Online

Once accepted, youth begin with an online orientation class that introduces them to the ecosystem, the expectations, the available tools, and the path ahead. This creates the starting point for their development and helps them understand how to navigate the opportunities in front of them.

3. Page Creation

As part of their onboarding, youth begin setting up their BEE-Linked page, giving them a practical and personalized way to create their profile, organize their presence, and begin presenting themselves with more clarity and confidence. This becomes an important part of how they communicate their growth, offerings, and identity.

4. Next Steps — Learning How to Start Making Connections

From there, youth are shown practical next steps on how to start making connections, build relationships, and use the platform and ecosystem intentionally. This stage helps them move from simply having access to actually using the tools and opportunities in a meaningful way.

5. Practice and Normalize Growth

Growth becomes real when it is practiced consistently. Youth are encouraged to apply what they are learning, normalize healthy habits, strengthen discipline, and become more comfortable showing up, communicating, and participating. This stage is about building confidence through repetition, support, and experience.

6. Mentorship Into Specialty

As youth continue developing, mentorship becomes more personalized and can begin guiding them into areas of specialty based on their gifts, interests, strengths, and calling. This helps them move from general growth into focused development where they can begin sharpening their abilities in more intentional ways.

7. Support Educator + Future Educator

As they mature, youth can grow into roles where they begin supporting others in the learning process. The goal is not only to raise participants, but to raise future educators, mentors, and examples who can help pass knowledge, wisdom, and culture forward. This creates a self-strengthening system where growth multiplies through people.

8. Junior Minister Status

For youth who continue to show commitment, growth, responsibility, and leadership, there is a pathway toward Junior Minister status, which comes with additional benefits, recognition, development opportunities, and greater responsibility within the community. This represents a deeper level of trust, maturity, and participation in the mission.

From Learning to Leadership

Our vision is not simply to sponsor youth—it is to help develop them into grounded, capable, and purpose-driven individuals who can contribute meaningfully to the world around them. We want to help them move from being supported, to becoming strong, to eventually becoming supporters and leaders themselves. Through education, mentorship, digital tools, field opportunities, and ongoing guidance, youth are given a path where they can learn, practice, grow, and step into greater levels of confidence and responsibility.

Hands-On Growth and Real-World Experience

Youth may also apply for onsite education opportunities and field trips, where they can gain practical hands-on experience and see real businesses, projects, leadership environments, and learning opportunities in action. This helps bridge the gap between knowledge and application, showing youth that growth is not just something they hear about—it is something they can live out and experience directly.

This is more than a sponsorship program. It is a growth pathway, a leadership pipeline, and a support system for the next generation. We are building an environment where youth can discover who they are, understand the value they carry, and begin applying themselves with greater clarity and confidence. We are helping them develop spiritually, mentally, socially, creatively, and practically so they can become stronger individuals and more valuable contributors to the community around them.
