We are seeking a Co-Producer to join us as a creative partner, bringing their expertise and vision to expand our portfolio of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our studio.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and business-minded individual who can:

• Collaborate on music production, sound engineering, and creative projects.
• Develop and co-manage studio initiatives, including client projects, events, and promotional activities.
• Share expertise in music production, sound design, and/or audio engineering.
• Bring a network of industry contacts or contribute to growing the studio's reach and reputation.
• Invest time, skills, and potentially resources into shared projects for mutual growth.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead production projects, from concept to final product.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and clients to bring their creative visions to life.
• Manage sessions, including recording, editing, mixing, and mastering.
• Innovate and implement strategies to attract clients and projects to the studio.
• Explore new revenue opportunities, such as creating content for licensing, sync deals, or original productions.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media content, collaborations, and showcasing the studio’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in music production or sound engineering (portfolio or demo reel required).
• Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, etc.).
• A deep understanding of recording, mixing, and mastering techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Business acumen and an interest in studio management and growth.
• (Optional) Experience in podcasting, scoring, or other audio-related fields is a plus.
