Responsibilities

  • Experienced Butchers:

    • Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent service.
    • Operate meat processing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Junior Butchers:

    • Learn the trade under the guidance of experienced butchers.
    • Perform basic meat preparation tasks.
    • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
    • Assist in customer service and other shop duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Experienced Butchers:

    • Proven experience in a retail or processing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
    • Ability to operate meat processing equipment.
  • Junior Butchers:

    • Enthusiasm for learning and a strong work ethic.
    • Basic knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques (preferred but not required).
    • Willingness to be trained and work as part of a team.
