SUGGESTED USE:

For best results, to help relieve the body of toxic waste build-up, one Aloe PURE™ capsule should be taken at night with a meal for 2 to 4 nights, initially. Then use as needed of avoid waste build-up, but never take more than one capsule per day. For regular maintenance, we suggest you do a 1 capsule cleanse every 4-6 weeks. Note:  Generally speaking, this product will product response within 12-14 hours, so use this as a guideline for managing your bathroom time.
