Sockeye Salmon, Water, Carrots, Red peppers, Spinach, Canola oil (not genetically modified), Onion, Salt, Carrageenan, Onion powder, Spice and herbs, Vinegar powder, Garlic powder, Rosemary

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

GRILL OR BARBEQUE: Preheat to medium heat (350° F). Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. OVEN: Preheat to 400°F. Place frozen burger(s) on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 9 to 10 minutes on each side. AIR FRYER - 375°F for 7 minutes.
