INGREDIENTS:

Cod, Soybean oil, Toasted wheat crumbs, Flour (corn, wheat), Modified corn starch, Water, Sugars (barley malt, sugar, malted barley extract, corn maltodextrin, dextrose), Seasonings (onion, yeast extract, spices, garlic), Beer, Salt, Flavour, Baking powder, Modified cellulose, Paprika, Acacia gum. Contains Cod (fish), Wheat, and Barley.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) for 18-20 min on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Broil for 2- 3 minutes for a bit of crunch. Air Fryer - 400ºF (204ºC) for 15 minutes.
