Salmon – Personal Plank

DESCRIPTION:

Smoked orange, apple, and ginger on an individual cedar plank.

DETAILS: 

• Box contains 11 - 12 Individually Vacuum-Packed Salmon - Person Plank (by weight)
• Suggested Serving Size per the Nutrition Facts label - 100g (3.5oz) - approximately 22 - 100g portions

INGREDIENTS:

Atlantic salmon (fish), sugar, brown sugar, water, dextrose, spices, sea salt, dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic), orange peel, ginger, flavour, natural smoke flavour.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fully thaw in vacuum pack in the fridge or place vacuum pack in cold water until thawed (20-40 minutes). Preheat BBQ or oven to 425°F(220°C). Carefully remove plastic and place plank directly on the rack and cook for approx 12-15 min). DO NOT OVERCOOK. Salmon is cooked when the flesh becomes flaky. Remove immediately from heat as it will continue to cook. Air Fryer - 324ºF (162ºC) for 11 minutes.
