Tilapia Fish Fillets, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Water, Flavour (Lime, Jalapeno, Chili, Red Bell Pepper), Artificial Flavour (Green Bell Pepper, Chili), Tortilla Chips [(Corn), Vegetable Oil (Corn, Soya/sunflower)], Flour (Wheat, Corn, Soy), Modified Starch (Corn), Seasonings (Spices, Onion, Garlic), Salt, Modified Milk Ingredients, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate, Dried Egg-white, Dextrose, Sugar, Baking Powder, Yeast Extract, Torula Yeast, Maltodextrin (Corn), Colour (Paprika), Browned In Canola Oil. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375°F (180°C) Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan and bake for 28-30 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes for a bit of crunch. Air Fryer - 347ºF (175ºC) for 23 minutes.
